Description :  Will be in-charge and solely responsible for the End to End recruitment for the NON-IT & IT Requirements.

Should have a good understanding of the HR recruitment process within consulting business.

Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals, Networking, Head Hunting, and references

creative sourcing techniques which include Self- created database, own network of contacts and Social Networking.

Conceptualize and organize recruiting events based on the role and the requirements.

Understand the client requirements and source the suitable candidates as per the requirements

Conduct initial level screening and process the shortlist candidates for the further interview

Responsible for Complete follow-up of the candidates.

Create the JD as per the client requirements post the same in various portal, Social media & other websites.

Overall responsible for Closing the Active position with our Client
